In those early weeks and months, everything changes. Sleep becomes fragmented, routines disappear, and suddenly your energy, time, and sense of self can feel completely different. While the world celebrates the arrival of a baby, many mothers quietly navigate exhaustion, emotional overwhelm, and the immense pressure of trying to “do it all.”

It was built during real motherhood - during nap times, busy mornings, interrupted evenings, and the beautiful chaos of family life.

Like so many women, I know first-hand what it feels like to juggle the demands of motherhood whilst trying to build something meaningful. I also know how powerful it can feel when women support women.

That’s the heart of VIYVA.
